Adrian Di Marco BSc (Executive Chairman)
Adrian Di Marco founded TechnologyOne in 1987, after extensive experience in the software industry in the area of large scale fixed time and fixed price software development projects to meet customer specific requirements.
Prior to TechnologyOne, Adrian was a founder and director of a leading Australian software house, where he was responsible for the development of its financial applications, that were later marketed throughout Australia and the United Kingdom .
Adrian has over 20 years experience in the software industry. He is responsible for the strategic direction of TechnologyOne. He is also Chairman of the advisory board for the Queensland InQbator, Director of the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation and past Deputy Chairman of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA).
Ron McLean (Non-Executive Director)
Ron McLean has over 30 years experience in the software industry, having held senior positions in companies in Australia and overseas, including the multi-national computer manufacturer NCR Corporation. Ron joined the TechnologyOne Board as a non-executive Director in 1992, was appointed as a General Manager in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 1999 and Chief Executive Officer of Operations in 2003. Ron resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Operations in July 2004.
John Mactaggart FAICD (Non-Executive Director)
John Mactaggart has extensive experience across many industries, including the export of animal products, food processing, industrial fasteners, manufacturing of building equipment and computer software and hardware. John has played an important role in guiding the company through its formative years. He has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of company Directors since 1991.
Kevin Blinco BBus (Non-Executive Director)
Kevin Blinco is the current Chairman and a Director of accounting firm Moore Stephens. Kevin’s expertise is broadly respected and acknowledged throughout the business community. As a reflection of this, he is the Director and/or Secretary of numerous organisations and the external financial controller of several large family owned businesses. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Kevin joined the TechnologyOne Board in April 2005.
Rick Anstey (Non-Executive Director)
Rick Anstey has over 30 years experience in the IT&T industry and in associated investment banking roles. He has built and managed a number of his own companies, including the Tangent Group and several subsidiary companies both in Australia and overseas. He is also the co-founder of InQbator, a Queensland based investment group.
Rick holds a number of current non-executive directorships and advisory roles and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Venture Capital Association and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is also a past member of the Queensland Government’s Communication and Information Advisory Board, which advised the Government’s Minister of Innovation and Information Economy.

Edward Chung (Executive Director)
Edward is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and an Associate Member of the AICD. Prior to joining TechnologyOne as Operating Officer, Corporate Services, Edward was as Chief Financial Officer leading a finance team of approximately 300 staff where he was responsible for the areas of accounting, tax and treasury functions, as well as strategy and merger and acquisition activity. Edward’s experience spans corporate law, audit, senior finance and commercial roles in both the public and private sector.
